Sydney, Australia SEC Property Group Full time

SEC Property Group requires a Property Manager Assistant to join our team. You will be primarily focused on supporting the senior Property Manager’s activities, managing the portfolios and supporting the sales team. Working time from 9:30am to 6:00pm for selected days, must be available to work on Saturday.

**Specific responsibilities**:

- Routine inspections including ingoing and outgoing reports
- Manage new leases and the associated documents
- Completing, sending and following up lease agreements
- Assisting the Property Manager with administration duties/maintenance
- Attend open homes & co-ordinate private inspections
- Follow up calls following inspections and open homes
- Responding to prospective tenant inquiries
- Advertising rental properties

**Skills and experience required for the position**:

- No experience required
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally
- Able to accept instructions easily and readily
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail, with high level accuracy
- A valid driver’s licence and your own car
- Bilinguals - English and Mandarin speakers

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Overtime pay
