**Your new role**

As the Property officer, you will have considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of property matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries. There may be occasional requirements for travel in order to meet tight operational deadlines.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Engaging and monitoring third party facilities providers for all preventative maintenance schedules and property repairs for the organisations asset portfolio

Responding to property related enquiries and issues from staff members

Working collaboratively with others enabling services to ensure positive outcomes for staff

Assisting staff ensuring all properties are fit for purpose and maintained to code and required standard

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will need to be an experienced Property Officer with an understanding of Facilities Management, specifically experience in co-ordinating reactive repairs as requested

**What you'll get in return**

This will initially be a temporary role which may be extended and based in the Eastern Suburbs
