**How will I help?**

BT Financial Group (BT) is the wealth management arm of the Westpac Group.

As a Client Account Specialist you will form part of the Remediation team and will be responsible for Verification Administration and Relationship Management tasks to ensure positive customer outcomes. You will work within multi-platform workflows to execute customer transactions. You will be responsible for building relationships, quality assurance and following up omitted information to ensure accuracy across client accounts.

**Key responsibilities of this role will be to**:

- Liaise with an established customer portfolio to verify and collect accurate account information
- Proactively identify issues, problems and opportunities and contribute to potential solutions regarding process efficiencies.
- Complete customer payments within set timeframes.
- Build relationships with external clients and or Advisers to support them in their understanding of remediation.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively when required.
- Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn as well as problem-solving skills.
- Collaboratively manage individual workflow to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Assist with data review to ensure information has been recorded correctly.

**What do I need?**

You will have a passion for delighting customers with some technical skills or interest within banking. You enjoy working in a regularly changing environment and have the ability to think laterally to strive for the best possible outcome for business, customer, and external stakeholders.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skillsGreat customer service and admin experience
