What's the role?
Incredible 12 Month Maximum term opportunity to join BT's Service and Operations division. As a Client Account Specialist (Managed Funds division) you'll be responsible for working within Panorama Workflow to deliver all Customer Transactions, including, the setup, administration, and closure of Managed Funds. You will build relationships with external clients to support them in their understanding of the Panorama platform and work with clients to achieve self-service targets.

This role will see you proactively identify issues, problems and opportunities and contribute to potential solutions regarding process efficiencies. This role is full time, can be based in Adelaide, Perth or Sydney – Monday to Friday (7am-5.30pm) rotating roster role.

What do I need?

  • Previous experience in a customer service/client services role is highly desirable, ideally within Financial Services / Banking / Wealth Management
  • Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook experience
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking skills, business and commercial acumen and understanding of the innovation process
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to liaise with staff at all levels
  • Self-motivated and results focused
  • Highly planned and organised
