**Your new company**
Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation based in the western suburbs, are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable specialist to join their finance team.
**Your new role**
Your responsibilities as the AP/AR Specialist will see you:
- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in the role you will ideally have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software Sybiz and Sales Force
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
