What's the role?

Incredible 12 Month Maximum term opportunity to join BT's Service and Operations division.  As a Client Account Specialist (Asset Transfers division) you'll be responsible for working within Panorama / Asgard workflow to deliver a market leading transfer experience for our customers. You will build relationships with external advisers and clients to support them in maximising their use and understanding of the Panorama / Asgard platform.

This role will see you proactively identify opportunities and solutions for process and system enhancements. This role is full time, can be based in Adelaide, Perth or Sydney – Monday to Friday (7am-5.30pm) rotating roster role. 

What do I need?

  • Previous experience in a customer service/client services role ideally within Financial Services / Banking / Wealth Management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in Equity and Managed Funds transfers is highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment with demonstrated ability to work to deadlines 
  • Experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of ASX requirements
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
