**How will I help?**

BT Financial Group (BT) is the wealth management arm of the Westpac Group. The Client Account Specialist is a key position and member of the Remediation Operations team. This position will combine their exceptional customer focus, relationship management skills, problem solving skills, technical knowledge, and professional behaviours to deliver a seamless experience for advisers and their clients interacting with our platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identification updates
- Client queries & problem solving
- Oversee Tax obligations and requirements
- AML obligations
- Form processing

**What do I need?**

You will have a passion for delighting customers with some technical skills or interest within banking. You enjoy working in a regularly changing environment and have the ability to think laterally to strive for the best possible outcome for business, customer, and external stakeholders.

You will have:

- Experience in financial services
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Business/Communications/Commerce or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great customer service and admin experience
