**Your Role**

After a recent internal promotion and with business growth on the horizon, they are seeking a Team Assistant/Recruitment Administrator to support their Director and team of Recruitment Consultants.

As a busy and varied role, it will involve administration and customer care tasks with scope to progress into other areas of the business as they continue to expand Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Confirming and preparing for meetings
- Managing external supplier relationships
- Coordinating team and client events
- Electronic filing and database management
- Ordering office supplies and client gifts
- Continually refining operational processes and procedures
- Acting as a point of contact for clients in the Directors absence
- Managing onboarding of new team members
- Preparing for weekly team meetings and staff one-on-one’s
- Assisting the Director with managing the business

You will demonstrate confidence and pragmatism and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Your initiative and impeccable organisation skills, coupled with your customer-oriented approach in dealing with clients and stakeholders will see you succeed in this role.
