**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a Team Assistant to join the Investment Operations & Performance team based in Sydney.

As a Team Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Head of Investment Operations and team support for the broader Investment Operations team.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Co-ordinate team meetings, which includes determining the meeting rhythm, producing and distribute Investment Operations meeting papers according to the agreed schedule including agendas, slide packs, minutes, and other documents.
- Project management of Board and Committee papers, reports and/or other submissions.
- Liaise with facilities on site in Brisbane to arrange Investment Operation & meetings, catering etc for the Brisbane based members of the team.
- Provide administration support to the Head of Investment Operations (such as, diary management, travel, team meeting coordination, travel bookings and expense management) and any other adhoc office/administration support.
- Manage team obligations, such as Extra Textual & Compliance Learning to facilitate team compliance.
- Assist Investment Operation team members with travel logistics, including arranging meeting schedules.

This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a superannuation fund or other financial institution.
- Highly developed skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Business school or other relevant office administration knowledge / qualifications.
- Organisational skills, ability to think clearly and calmly at all times.
- A strong ability to prioritise tasks and a willingness to seek timely guidance/clarification when required.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to identify critical issues quickly.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
