**Your new company**

Is a reputable not-for-profit organisation based in East Melbourne. They are seeking an experienced, organised individual to join their team to support them in day-to-day facilities and logistics management.

For this role you will be required to work out of their Head office in East Melbourne and travel to the warehouse two times a week - drivers licence is essential, and a van will be provided.

**Your new role**

As a facilities and logistics coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate and support the day-to-day function of Building Operations
- Assist the Property & Logistics Manager to support a range of service provider contracts and contractors
- Handle manual loads and move goods around the building
- Monitor, action and escalate issues logged via the helpdesk
- Conduct shuttle services between the Head Office and the Warehouse as required
- Van will be provided.
- Coordinate daily mail room activities including inbound/outbound mail
- Maintenance of Fleet vehicles
- Maintenance of the in-house security system, including the issuing of staff access passes
- Maintain kitchen amenity consumable stock inventory as well as office supplies

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar support role within a facilities environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both written and face to face
- Proven ability to manage time and to prioritise duties to ensure maximum efficiency
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to document and maintain accurate records.

Other requirements:

- Current Police check
- Current Victorian Driving Licence
