**Your new company**

Founded in Europe, this well-known pharmaceutical company has enjoyed sustained success over two decades. As a result, they’ve expanded to a global footprint with nearly 100 employees across Australia and New Zealand. As a result of this continued growth, this business is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

**Your new role**

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

- Leading the customer service and supply chain function
- Oversee best procurement practices, sales order integration, material management and product warehousing
- Ensuring inventory budgets are being met whilst ensuring the best fill rate for wholesalers
- Working with the broader leadership team to assist in overall business strategy and inventory management
- Managing customer relationships and the global supply chain team to ensure business targets are being achieved
- Liaise regularly with 3PL and 4PL with a focus on enhancing these relationships
- Timely and accurate entry of data and customer orders
- Overseeing all freight processes

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain or procurement functions
- Proven ability to develop and implement a supply chain function through implementation of policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with internal teams and external stakeholders
- A keen eye for process improvements with the motivation to contribute to the wider business strategy
- Specific experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management with the ability to analyse and work with large quantities of data
- Ability and willingness to work both autonomously and collaboratively across the entire business
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems skills
