Logistics Administration Coordinator

Our client, a logistics provider seeks a permanent **Logistics Administration Coordinator** to be based in their office in **Northern suburb of Melbourne**. - Great salary on offer - Small, highly engaged and supportive team - Established company with great organisation culture. **Key responsibilities**: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and documentation related to warehouse, customers, and logistics operations. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. - Manage stock control: monitor stock levels, booking containers, retrieval and timely delivery of goods. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. - Planning, organising and controlling of particular client's operations. - Ensure clients stock is presentable at all times. - Monitor inventory tracking system(s) accuracy. - Ensure inventory information is accurate, reliable and accessible. **Experience**: - Previous experience in a similar role/capacity - Good administration and customer service skills - Solid computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (predominantly excel) - Strong planning, coordinating and organisational skills. - Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately. - Hands-on approach with a high attention to detail - Works well independently with minimum supervision and is also a team player. **What's in it for you?** - A competitive salary of up to 75K per annum + Super, reflecting your skills and experience. - On-site car parking, ensuring convenience and ease of access. - The opportunity to work alongside a talented and experienced Warehouse Administration Coordinator, leveraging their expertise and knowledge. - A newly created position, allowing you to make your mark and contribute to their growing organisation. - Autonomy and responsibility in managing your own cohort of clients, fostering ownership and accountability. - A process-driven role that enables you to focus on your tasks, ensuring a sense of accomplishment at the end of each day. - A supportive and collaborative team environment, where your efforts and contributions are valued. **How to apply**: If interested, please click **"To Apply"**, as we would love to hear from you.
