**Your new role**

As a Logistics Coordinator in this business, you’ll be responsible for:

- Tracking of deliveries via internal TMS
- Communicating regularly with customers
- Order entry and data management
- Working closely with sales staff and 3PLs
- Initiation of short supply investigation
- Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure smooth and accurate movement of raw ingredients and finished goods
- Accurate maintenance of inventory and stock movements

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in an FMCG supply chain environment
- Intermediate to advanced SAP knowledge
- Strong admin and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think through complex issues
- Strong experience in liaising with high volume customers daily
