Join a manufacturing business in Southwest Sydney as their logistics coordinator, in an exciting role within a great team with the opportunity for an immediate start.

**Your new role**

In your new role as logistics coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Management of interstate and local road transport through third-party providers, preparation of necessary documentation, and quality inspection of outbound goods.
- Reviewing freight providers to minimise costs where possible, maintaining relationships with third-party providers to ensure delivery schedules and rectify any issues/delays.
- Liaison with key stakeholders in warehousing and production to ensure on time delivery of raw materials to meet production schedules and deliver finished goods to customers.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrated understanding of third-party logistics, shipping, road transport, quality, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a can-do attitude, an analytical mindset, and exceptional time management skills.
- Strong systems skills, with intermediate MS Excel required and exposure to accounting software highly regarded.
