**About our client**:
This requirement is inside the Business Enablement Team of a Large Digital Transformation Program at our largest client in the Energy and Utilities sector. Our client is a large electric transmission network provider which operates and manages the high-voltage electricity transmission network in NSW and the ACT, connecting generators, distributors, and major end-users in Australia.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must have strong experience in Change Management as a Change Lead
- Work in business enablement and own and lead the overarching change management plan and interventions, to align critical stakeholders and ensure the timeliness of key deliverables.
- Work inside Large Digital Transformation Program with focus areas: Enterprise Assets Management System, Workforce System, and Supply Chain System.
- Define the Project Delivery Approach
- Be part of Resource Planning
- Organise/Coordinate/Manage Workshops
- Own the Communications approach, Stakeholder Engagement, Change readiness & Capability development for transformation programs.
- Conduct change impact and barrier analyses, maturity assessments and stakeholder interviews and define and implement intervention plans to address pain points and close gaps.
- Drive continuous improvement and monitoring of change management capability and deliver capability improvements within the team and across a network of change practitioners.
- Create compelling “moments” to build engagement and understanding of Transformation value to the business.
- Identify and mitigate challenges, risks, and roadblocks to our Client’s Transformation Journey.
