Change Lead

Change Lead : 12 Months contract with a possible extension.
Attractive daily pay rate of $1300 / day + super8 hours per day / 40 hours per week Hybrid work arrangement (WFH + Eveleigh) Easy A is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive the successful adoption of SAP tech upgrade project and digital adoption platform projects across a large government department.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : As the Change Lead, you will be spearheading the change management strategy and change adoption initiatives for the ERP tech upgrade project (SAP S / 4 HANA Upgrade Program) and implementation of a Digital Adoption Platform.
The role involves developing and implementing a change management strategy and plan, engaging with stakeholders, delivering training and support, and evaluating the effectiveness of the change initiatives, including deployment and content delivery via a Digital Adoption Platform.
You will also be collaborating with deployment stakeholders to oversee identification and definition of change delivery program scope.
You will drive change and communications management and capability uplift across a large and complex landscape impacting over 150k users across the state.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESChampion and mentor deployment teams to implement effective Change Management practices, customising content to optimise engagement and adoption within business areas.
You will be leading a team of upto 4 people.
Strategically develop and execute Change Management and Training strategies, including comprehensive work management plans, to achieve required business outcomes within scope and budget.
This includes stakeholder analysis, Change Impact Assessments, Communication and Engagement plans, and Training Needs Analysis.
Formulate Digital Adoption Platform strategy and oversee its deployment.
Design and oversee Business Readiness Approaches / Plans and effectively measure the outcomes from readiness activities.
Identify, evaluate, and manage Change Risks and Issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Lead comprehensive change evaluation activities, including Complexity Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis, and Business Readiness assessments in alignment with the Program Change and Communication Strategy.
Adhere to Program reporting requirements, meticulously reporting change impacts, risks, readiness, and effectiveness to monitor progress and measure the success of change management initiatives.
Coaching deployment resources on potential impact / effect on change readiness and adoption.
Manage change analysis and communications leads' priorities who may have competing timelines to achieve Program outcomes.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS : Proven work experience as a Change Manager on large-scale System Modernisation, or tech upgrade project.
At least 5 years of experience in Change Management and Communications for ICT or business improvement projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to tailor messages to different audiences and channels.
Certification in a change management methodology (e.g.
PROSCI or Kotter)Skilled in conducting Impact Assessments, as well as planning and implementing change activities, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, training programs, and ensuring business readiness.
Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms and deployment would be highly regarded.
Experience in the public sector would be beneficial but not essential.
