**What’s the role?**

The Change Management Centre of Excellence is a centralised function for resource and talent management within the Chief Operating Office, Risk. The team provides leadership, best practices, support, training, and management for all strategic change and transformation initiatives delivered by Risk.

In this role, you will be involved in the development and execution of activities related to governance and change adoption. This includes conducting quality assurance reviews on all mandatory Change Management documentation produced for Risk Transformation initiatives, ensuring they adhere to governance ask and best practices. You will be providing functional leadership to support the delivery of risk-driven change across the Group, with a strong emphasis on building partnerships and enhancing change capability.

**What do I need?**
- Extensive years of experience in the end-to-end design and delivery of Change management initiatives within the financial services sector
- Experience in developing documentation and delivering using project and change management methodologies
- Proficient in delivering high-quality presentations swiftly, with expertise in PowerPoint and other tools being advantageous
- Proven ability to manage diverse and multiple stakeholder groups, including senior stakeholdersProven ability to develop people and lead high-performing teams
