With several future people and technology projects on the agenda, it has a great opportunity to set the business up for success with the development and implementation of a fit-for-purpose change management practice that will provide leaders and P&C with the relevant tools, artefacts and knowledge to deliver on these projects with great outcomes.

Reporting to the EGM P&C & Safety and working with the P&C team and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a practical, fit-for-purpose change management framework and tools into the organisation. Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Develop and implement processes, tools and frameworks to support the adoption & implementation of change programs.
- Lead change projects as directed e.g. hybrid working changes, restructures.
- Educate, coach and support stakeholders to raise awareness of change management and build maturity and capability in this discipline.

You are tertiary qualified and accredited in Prosci, Lean or Six Sigma and are a seasoned change practitioner with outstanding technical skills in the field. You have the demonstrated experience of setting up and implementing infrastructure to manage change programs effectively and have a practical, commercial and collaborative approach.
