An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join ServiceStream in our Seven Hills office.
About the Role

ServiceStream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing company. You will be responsible for day to day regional administrative and project coordinator within the Wideband contract.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Seven Hills, NSW

Reporting Line: Field Services Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Review and process all project packs (as built) for conformance and approve claims for payment
- Accurately update relevant data on to Internal and Telstra systems
- Ensure the smooth delivery of administrative duties including allocating, dispatching and redistributing of Wideband projects to the field as directed
- Ensure contractor resources are progressively completing the work and liaise with them to provide completion packs.
- Manage all projects and ensure all pre-determined client and internal KPI's are met
- All work management systems and project spreadsheets are effectively administered and kept up to date, require accurate capture of status of any particular project at any point in time
- Liaise and provide support to field resources to solve project issues and risks as they are identified to maintain timely delivery of projects
- Assist the Project Close (as built) process as required
