**The Role**:
Reporting to General Manager Planning and Performance, the Planning Coordinator will provide administrative support to the business ensuring all contract & compliance activities required to verify compliance requirements are complete and available at all times.

This role will help drive consistency in delivery on contracts by coordinating key compliance activities, supporting the development of KPIs and business reports.

Key responsibilities and duties:

- Coordination of compliance meetings and tracking of key deliverables. Development of standing agenda items for these meeting and follow up actions
- Initiation of campaigns as required to support enhanced compliance tracking & business reporting
- Coordination and cascading of KPIs including support in producing KPI charts and reports
- Assist in the development and updating of contractual business plans for CDC NSW including editing, formatting and design requests.
- Support in developing leadership offsites including event coordination & development of
- Support the implementation of the Internal Communications & safety calendars and staff engagement campaigns
- Processing invoices from subcontractors, seeking approval in accordance with DOA and submitting to AP for payment
