What’s the job?
- The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Product Operations and Projects Management team with the coordination and execution of product development projects across Torrens Global Education.
- This role will coordinate product / project budget/s, timelines and teams to ensure the successful design, development and roll out of Hybrid, Blended and Online (HBO) products. This role will be responsible for supporting: Business Case and Capital Investment Plan (CIP) development, project management for product development projects, approval and tracking of the product development process to meet set timelines and budgets, and timesheet and project costs administration activities.

Day-today accountabilities:
- Support the recruitment, contracting and management of Subject Matter Experts (SME), academic reviewers, and other contractors/external vendors as required per project.-
- Liaise with key stakeholders in the analysis, scoping, planning and scheduling of projects, as aligned with the Product Strategy.-
- Plan, schedule and document project timelines and milestones and track the achievement of tasks and deliverables-
- Identify, manage and escalate project dependencies and risks as and when required / identified during any project.-
- Plan, manage and report on project budgets-

This is a permanent position which can be based in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. We offer flexible working arrangements.

Who you are:
To be successful in the role, you will love engaging with students and working in the team. In addition, you will have:
- Previous project coordination experience (whether in a project role or in a role that utilises project management skills), ideally in a higher education context but not essential-
- Demonstrated time management experience and attention to detail.-
- The ability to problem-solve and a “can do” attitude-
