An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator, to join Service Stream in our Telecommunications Sector.
About the Role

Service Stream’s Telecommunications Division are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Wideband Team. Reporting to the Field Service Manager you will be responsible for day to day regional administrative and project coordinator within the Wideband contract. Based in our Sydney or Brisbane or Melbourne office and offered on a permanent, full-time basis

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Ability to work from multiple locations

Reporting Line: Field service Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and process all project packs (as built) for conformance and approve claims for payment
- Accurately update relevant data on to Internal and Telstra systems
- Ensure the smooth delivery of administrative duties including allocating, dispatching and redistributing of Wideband projects to the field as directed
- Ensure contractor resources are progressively completing the work and liaise with them to provide completion packs.
- Manage all projects and ensure all pre-determined client and internal KPI's are met
- All work management systems and project spreadsheets are effectively administered and kept up to date, require accurate capture of status of any particular project at any point in time
- Liaise and provide support to field resources to solve project issues and risks as they are identified to maintain timely delivery of projects
- Assist the Project Close (as built) process as required
- Process accounts payable (including review of supplier invoice coding) and ensure quality, completeness and timelines are achieved
- Assist Wideband operatives with forwarding and responding to any issued quality defect notices (NCR’s) on any project works and assist in ensuring responses are actioned within required timelines.
- Assist in resolving sub-contractors poor performance eg; work practices/output, defects, responses, invoicing, reports and customer complaints, etc.
- Arrange reports to management and customers on status of work as required/requested
- Produce and disseminate relevant briefings/updates/information to Wideband team and their associated subcontractors
- Assist other members of the Wideband team and perform any other duties as required by management
- Any other task or duties requested by the Management team
