**About the role**
- Work closely with our project teams in Seven Hills and Manila for project coordination and completion.
- Assist with stakeholder management and keeping Clients informed on project progress.
- Project coordination for fibre splicing works.
- Support crew management and prepare daily job packs for field teams.
- Liaise with Councils for permits and permanent restoration.
- Support contractor management and processing of subcontractor documentation.
- Maintain records and updates related to project administration.
- Review and monitor submissions of safety and administrative documentation.
- Prepare and submit quotations and/or assist with the preparation of quotes and tenders.
- Preparation of daily job packs for civil and hauling field teams.
- Other ad hoc project and administrative work as required.

**Skills and Experience**
- 2 or more years’ experience as a project coordinator in the telecommunications industry or a related industry is preferred.
- Graduates with a Certificate III in Telecommunications or a degree in Civil Engineering are also encouraged to apply.
- Proactive and self-directed individual who is not afraid to identify areas of improvement.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Jira Software is desirable.
- Driver’s License.
