Receptionist/administration Assistant

Our valued client operates a modern contract bottling facility in the Barossa Valley. They are seeking an experienced Administration person to join their team on a permanent basis for an immediate start.
**What the role entails**:
- Liaising with internal staff and external clients to facilitate daily operations.
- Telephone reception work and data entry duties.
- Scheduling weekly rosters of workshop staff.
- Maintaining and administering databases, documents and records.
- Managing the administrative duties in support of all work.
**What you can bring to the role**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivation, organizational skills and solid computer skills.
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage tasks within given timeframes.
- The ability to work within a team and also autonomously.
- A positive nature and keen desire to excel in all aspects of the role.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
