**Overview of the Role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join the team at Shellharbour City Motors.
Reporting to General Manager, the service manager will have full responsibility for all business operations of the multi franchise service division but not limited to:
Leading a team of 14 including office staff, Technicians and apprentices
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintaining a positive culture that encourages growth and excellence
Manage the daily workload for the department; including management of service advisors, service technicians and detailer
Control of expenses to maximise profit
Maintain accurate accounts and service records
Build and maintain customer base
Liaise effectively with franchise support personnel
Mentor staff for maximum performance
**The Successful Applicant Must have**:
Experience in a dealership automotive role, preferably Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor
Automotive mechanical knowledge
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Fantastic communication skills
High level time management skills
