An exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven engineering professional. The role will drive operational performance and lead business innovation in our Waste and Resource Recovery Facility & Sand Mine at Dunmore Recycling and Waste Disposal Depot.

This position will manage and provide advice on the operational, financial, legislative, environmental and regulatory performance of the Dunmore site.

**Do you have?**
- Transferable experience, skills and qualifications in either waste operations, civil engineering or environmental engineering
- A passionate and driven personality ready to take on a challenging and rewarding opportunity
- The ability to lead, manage and inspire a high performing team to achieve business and environmental goals

Working closely with the Waste & Resource Recovery Manager and the wider Waste Services team to deliver customer focused waste management services and achieve high value business, environmental and safety outcomes.

- Permanent full time, 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
- Commencing salary range from $98,783.88 - $109,065.32 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) plus 10.5% superannuation
- Civil Liability Allowance may be offered
- Fully Maintained leaseback vehicle or vehicle allowance may be offered
