Glamify is a bustling, modern unisex beauty studio in **Shellharbour, NSW**, renowned for exceptional brow, lash, and facial services. We're on the hunt for a passionate **Studio Manager** who can lead our growing team to new heights while providing outstanding hands-on beauty treatments.

**Role Overview**:
This pivotal role seamlessly blends management expertise with hands-on beauty skills. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining bookings, coordinating the team, and ensuring a five-star customer experience. Crucially, you will also be performing high-quality brow and facial services yourself.

**You’ll Need**:

- ✨ Proven **management and exceptional customer service skills**:

- ✨ **Mandatory** skills in **eyebrow threading**, **brow shaping**, and **eyebrow tinting**:

- ✨ Mandatory ability to perform professional facial treatments
- ✨ Experience in beauty or salon management (**preferred**)
- ✨ Great communication, organisation, and strong leadership qualities
- ✨ Lash extension skills are highly regarded but not essential **(preferred)**
