**Inside Sales - Electronic Security**

Anixter | WESCO is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Rep to support our Electronic Security customer base. In this role, you will interact with existing trade customers to increase sales of our products and services by obtaining orders, processing quotations, liaising with suppliers and managing lead times. This role is highly collaborative and will work closely with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.

This role is based in Silverwater, NSW with the option to move to a hybrid arrangement as you complete your probation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound sales calls
- Prepares, generates, and follows up on quotations
- Serve a variety of markets by suggesting and delivering the right product solutions to meet customer needs
- Initiate, establish, and build strong customer relationships, retention and loyalty
- Make cold and warm outbound sales calls to uncover opportunities
- Co-ordinate with key stakeholders including sales teams, inventory management, warehouse and supply partners to deliver outcomes for customers

**Requirements**:

- Highly process driven
- Strong phone presence with the ability to sell
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An optimistic and resilient attitude
- Previous experience working in a high pressure and/or fast paced customer service or inside sales environment
- Technical aptitude with the willingness to learn products, system design and solutions
- Excellent administration skills and organisation
