Fountain Store Australia & New Zealand are seeking passionate communicators who present in a self-assured, authentic manner and know how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

These salesperson roles are **full-time**, which will vary and include regular weekends and public holidays where required. The successful applicants must be able to fulfil shifts between various location and travel to meet reps, clients across our network.
- A passionate communicator - you know what to say, how and when to say it, and have exceptional listening skills
- Self-assured, with a genuine, trusting and authentic manner
- Someone with an incredible ability to build relationships with our customers
- Online Sales essential, understanding and experience of marketing and social media a major plus.
- Able to work harmoniously in a small team, as well as on your own.

Working within a professional and upbeat team environment you will bring your exceptional customer service and sales skills to the table as you work with customers to ultimately fulfil their home design goals.

**You already come with the following**:

- Retail experience in home décor and / or garden items
- You know what exceptionally high standards of customer service look like
- Online sales experience, understanding customer behaviour for loyalty, volume rebates, trade sales channels,
- The desire to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- Positive energy and the necessary fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required
- Weekend work essential
