**About the role**

This is an **11-month full-time fixed-term** opportunity with the possibility to transfer to a permanent role.

The applicant for this role will preferably have experience within the electrical industry or electrical wholesale industry but this is not essential.

As a general Customer Service Representative duties will include:

- Talking with customers by phone and receiving orders for the supply of products
- Processing and entry of customer orders
- Assisting customers and other stakeholders by providing product information, availability & pricing of items, and quotations
- Assist sales process - alias with customer and logistics to provide excellent service in delivering goods
- Provides administrative support to field sales personnel
- Provides solutions for customers inquiries
