Seeking an experienced Finance Officer for a period of 2 months to assist with a backlog of work

**Your new company**

Our client is a large health department in Perth. They are based at multiple locations across the city and require financial and data entry support to assist with a backlog of finance matters.

**Your new role**
- Process new works request
- Raise purchase orders (PO)
- Process invoices with the iProc/Oracle Financial System
- Investigate and resolve PO and Invoice issues/delay in payments
- Data Entry
- Requisitions
- Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders, as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience with Oracle and Iproc is essential.
- Good level of written and verbal communication
- A current police clearance, dated within 3 months (or willing to obtain)

**What you'll get in return**
- You will be required to work across multiple sites in the CBD, for which a laptop will be provided.
- Some work from home is permitted
- 37.5 hours per week
- Competitive rate of pay, plus 11% super
- 2 Month temporary assignment
