**About Our Client**:
A dedicated supplier for diverse industries including Oil & Gas, Mining, Civil, Industrial, Municipal, and Commercial operations, are client is currently experiencing growth and is now seeking to strengthen their transactional finance team.

Reporting into the Accountant and Finance Manager, key responsibilities of this role includes;
- ** Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and support Accounts Receivable**:

- **Process supplier invoices, matching to purchasing orders and generate approvals**:

- **Monthly supplier statement reconciliation**:

- **Reconciliations of transactional bank accounts**:

- **End of month tasks and financial year end processing**:

- **Assist with processing expense claims including credit card reconciliations**:

- **Processing, reconciling and allocating daily cash receipts**:

- **Customer Invoicing and answering queries**:

- **Assist with internal and external audit requirements**:

- **Backup and/or assist with weekly EFT payment run processes**

**The Successful Applicant**:

- ** Proven experience in a high-volume, end-to-end Accounts Payable position.**:

- **Familiarity with handling international foreign currency payables**:

- **Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.**:

- **Strong planning and organizational skills, enabling efficient task management.**:

- **Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams internationally.**
