Based in the CBD and starting immediately, this is a true Finance Officer position, managing full AP and AR functions.

**The Company**

Our client is fast-growing client, based in the financial services industry, looking for your exceptional skills as a Finance Officer. This brilliant role is very involved and will bring new challenges and rewards each day as you assist with AR and AP functions. This company offers you a multi-faceted, opportunity to expand your skill set in an environment where effort and excellence are rewarded.

This role has arisen due to an expansion of team, and this role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis and is looking to start ASAP. You ideally will be immediately available for work and must be residing in Perth to be considered.

**The Role**

Prepare to be challenged by a role where no two days are ever the same. Your special accounting skills will see you involved in everything from preparing journal entries, monthly and year-end closings through to bank reconciliations, fixed asset maintenance and general ledger reconciliations. You will report to the Finance Manager, with responsibility for the following:

- Match and enter all invoices into AP software, and processing in an end-to-end capacity (up to 350 invoices per week)
- Reconciliation of end of month accounts
- Issuing of monthly debtor statements and reconciliation of debtor accounts
- Following up on outstanding receivables
- General administration duties surrounding finance responsibilities

**Your Skills & Experience**
- At least two years of exceptional accounting experience.
- Brilliant skills in Excel, with the ability to manipulate data.
- Experience with SAP will be highly regarded (not essential)
- Brilliant organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritise tasks.
