**Your new role**
- Maintain existing and new relationships with referral sources including accountants, real estate agents, financial advisors, and other industry professionals
- Onboard and promote the benefits and features of product offerings and solutions to prospective businesses and clients
- Attend roadshows and network with clients to educate them on the process and products
- Organize or attend networking events and participate in community outreach programs to promote product offerings as required
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce or a related degree
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience within residential and mortgage lending in a similar environment (non-conforming desirable)
- Understanding of RG209 and the importance of responsible lending obligations
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and lending targets
- Results orientation and commitment to excellence
- Professional presentation and time management skills
- Sound financial acumen with credit and financial analysis skills
