The Technology and Transformation Branch is seeking an Engagement and Relationship Manager to develop and enhance a relationship with a strategic portfolio entity within the Digital Victoria portfolio.
On a daily basis, you will identify improvements and enhancements to processes and systems and solve complex problems (people, process & technology) using rigorous analysis and drawing information from a wide range of sources.
A technical understanding of shared services environments, a passion for working with people and the ability to provide strategic advice are core to this role. The role would suit someone with a strong IT service management background, who is currently, or seeking to move into the engagement space.
About you
- Significant stakeholder engagement experience
- Demonstrated experience in realising service-based outcomes and demonstrable benefits for clients, working as a customer advocate in a fast-paced dynamic environment, showing resilience in the ambiguity of change.
- Proven ability to design and document worklow processes
- Proven ability to undertake strategic planning
- Excellent communication skillls
