About the role

We’re seeking a Partner Relationship Manager that will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our coalition partners, ensuring mutual success and growth.

As our Partner Relationship Manager, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships- Understand partner needs and objectives and alignment with our loyalty program goals- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with partners to discuss performance, opportunities, and challenges- Collaborate with partners to develop compelling offers and campaigns- Develop and present strategic proposals to partners, highlighting potential benefits and growth opportunities- Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, including engagement, redemption rates, and revenue impact

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Experience in partner management, business development, or relationship management, preferably within the rewards, loyalty, or mobility industries- Strong understanding of loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights- Experience in team leadership and people management
