We are currently seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This is a full-time position that will serve as a maternity leave cover, with the potential for extension beyond the initial 12-month period. The role offers a hybrid work model with a great deal of flexibility.

As a **Relationship Manager **, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end client relationship management services. Your primary focus will be on building deep client relationships and trusted partnerships, both with existing clients for retention and with new clients for growth. Your expertise in fund administration, combined with your leadership skills, will be crucial in ensuring the success of this role.

You will provide end to end client relationship management across Link Fund Solution’s wide client base. Build deep relationships with our client as you know your clients, understand the products and solutions we deliver while retaining and growing your allocated clients. A strategic mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills and a sales drive are key success factors for this role.

Ultimately responsible for the premium delivery of services to clients including managing client expectations, fee discussions, and negotiating service level agreements, account planning, cross-selling and strategic initiatives.

Where necessary, supporting new sales activities working alongside all other business lines within Link Group. This includes understanding the other Link Group businesses to drive cross sales opportunities.

- Building and nurturing deep client relationships, fostering trusted partnerships.
- Retaining and growing both existing and new clients.
- Conducting fee negotiations and negotiating service level agreements.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and initiating related initiatives.
- Supporting new business sales efforts.
- Chairing all client service review meetings.
- Utilizing your strong fund management, registry, or custody experience.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in fund administration.
- At least 4 years of experience in a management or similar leadership role.
- Solid background in business, financial markets, and/or the securities industry.
- Demonstrated strategic mindset and strong communication skills.
- Proven sales drive and experience in fee negotiations.
- Familiarity with service level agreement negotiations.
- Proficiency in account planning and development of cross-selling initiatives.
- Strong support for new business sales.
- Ability to chair client service review meetings effectively.
- Extensive experience in fund management, registry, or custody operations.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the potential for extension. The position is based in Melbourne, and the hybrid work model allows for flexibility in your work arrangements.
