**Your new role**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Implementing the service package & its supports in accordance with the DCJ requirements
- Supporting the regional team in local problem solving and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Ensuring homelessness and housing services, including case management and outreach functions, are operating effectively
- Driving continuous improvement by analysing outcomes and impact to enhance services and programmes
- Co-designing services and programmes with the people we serve
- Meeting the expectations of government partners for the delivery of homelessness and housing to the community
- Implementing decisions to optimise service mix
- Ensuring a safe working environment for members, staff, and volunteers by implementing workplace health & safety practices
- Establishing effective risk management protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant requirements

**You will need**:

- A passion for making a difference and the ability to lead & inspire teams.
- Experience in management positions in human services ,with the development and delivery of outcome-focused services.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, youth work, community services, or management
- Sound knowledge of the specific service industry requirements related to homelessness
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
