**Clinical Manager
- Home Services, 6-8 month contract | Illawarra, Southern Highlands & Queanbeyan**

**The opportunity**

You will lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care, ensuring each customer’s health, well-being, and personal preferences are always a priority. By assisting customers to live safely and independently in their own homes, you will provide support that respects and upholds their individual lifestyle choices. Using your expertise, you’ll mentor and support clinical staff to provide the highest quality care, managing complex health needs, including medication and treatment.

You’ll oversee the development and implementation of tailored care plans, ensuring continuous assessment and adjustment to meet evolving needs.

Your leadership will drive ongoing improvement and encourage collaboration across teams, always upholding the highest standards of care, compassion, and quality. Your guidance will make a meaningful, lasting difference in the lives of the older people that we serve.

This role will require travel between the Illawarra, Southern Highlands & Queanbeyan.

**The requirements**

**Essential**:

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Ability to travel between sites (Illawarra, Southern Highlands & Queanbeyan)
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality clinical care
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficient in literacy and numeracy
- Leadership potential with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- A solid understanding of and commitment to workplace equity
- Ability to travel between Illawarra, Southern Highlands & Queanbeyan

**Desirable**:

- Postgraduate qualification in aged care
- Experience as a Registered Nurse in the aged care sector is highly regarded
- Proven success in case management
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams effectively
- Familiarity with Home Care Package Guidelines and Aged Care Quality Standards
