**About the opportunity**

This role coordinates multiple and diverse projects for new and enhanced operational capability for the Agency. In this role you will provide project management and change management, working collaboratively with stakeholders across a wide range of business functions. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, preparing high-quality documentation and communications, change management activities, and implementing project plans to ensure successful project delivery for multiple projects. A structured approach for project management coupled with effective stakeholder engagement and communication is critical for success in the role.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have demonstrated successful experience in project and change management roles, i.
- Have a structured and methodical approach to project planning and execution.
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, manage resources, and work collaboratively to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Have exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality project documentation, such as reports, briefs, presentations, and performance reporting artefacts
- Be proficient in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholder groups across the Agency
