RTO Administrator

We are looking for an RTO Administrator with at least 2 years experience working in a similar position. The starting date for this position will be Monday 12 January 2026.

Schedule: Monday – Wednesday

  • Monday and Tuesday 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • Wednesday 8:30am – 4:00pm

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include and not be limited to:

  • Providing high quality customer service to students and stakeholders
  • Responding to enquiries and general administration duties
  • Data entry into student management systems including enrolments, student results, completions and cancellations
  • Assist the trainers with administration and preparation of training materials

Selection criteria

  • Previous experience in the RTO sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team as well as on their own
  • Demonstrated knowledge of RTO operations including compliance and national reporting requirements desired but not essential

Full training will be provided to the selected candidate
