**About this role**:
As the FF&E Procurement Coordinator for this interior design practice, you will be using your exceptional organisational and logístical skills to manage, record and coordinate the end to end process of decorative goods. You will be liaising directly with national and international suppliers to discuss quotes and scheduling, whilst consistently ensuring project budgeting is being maintained.

You will have an appreciation for high-end interior design but will be relied upon for your logistic expertise by ensuring project scheduling is kept on track and that all data is up to date and correct.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining project budget report and presenting any changes/concerns with director.
- Consistently ensuring schedule sheets are up to date and remaining on track.
- Liaising with suppliers regarding progress of bespoke and custom orders.
- Managing and checking with logistic teams and couriers for delivery conformations.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience in a procurement or project management role
- Proficient user and confident in excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
