**How you'll make an impact**

The Product Management team will lead and drive the management of the Bank's existing deposit and lending products, putting customer needs at the heart of products and delivering target returns to shareholders, through risk-based pricing and product management, whilst managing the Bank's products in line with risk appetite and associated credit risk limits.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient and effective operational management of AMP Bank's deposit and lending product portfolio. The role works to build and manage the product set, defining underlying processes and ensuring we are customer centric and regulatory compliant.

You'll make an impact by:

- Support the Product Managers with maintaining product policy, product disclosure documents and collateral
- Review and determine appropriate course of action for customers escalated from Financial Crime Operations
- Co-ordinate audits of aggregator software to ensure AMP product documentation is up to date and relevant.
- Manage and/or coordinate all product operational matters, including responsibility for artefact management, the completion of risk controls and daily engagement with Bank Operations and Contact Centre.
- Identify process improvements and ways to simplify how we communicate with customers, forms, collateral etc
- Provide feedback to Bank management on regulatory studies or enquiries that relate to asset product compliance, interpretation, and adherence to various codes.
- Manage customer related complaints and identify systemic process pain points

**What you will bring to the team**
- 4-5 years experience in Financial Services/Banking
- Preparation of business cases, product positioning and pricing proposals preferred
- Product Management in a Bank, ADI or specialist banking service provider
- Ability to take initiative, self-manage and to juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to work within the risk management framework
