**The opportunity**
To ensure we are successfully executing a structured program of engagement with advisers on how we deliver programs of work to the network. To ensure all advice functions are connected with the work of our field teams, and to support engagement and communications at an adviser and practice level. The vehicle for holistic alignment when delivering to the Aligned Advice Network, effective change and implementation.

**How you will make an impact**
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent proficiency in the following _capabilities: _
- Partner with the wider Network Engagement & Delivery Team to effectively provide support to the team
- Manage the Adviser Engagement Inbox/Calendar
- Manage the Adviser Partnerships Sharesite (Advice Dashboard/Content updates & permission access)
- Assist the Network Delivery Manager in organising and running the Go to Market Monthly Forums
- Assist the Adviser Associations Engagement Manager in co-ordinating the Adviser Association meetings (agenda, invites, logistics & follow up items)
- Assist the events team with pipeline content for organising the Network Connect Monthly Forums & Knowledge Symposiums

**What you will bring to the role**
- 5 years administration experience preferably in a Financial Services/Advice team.
- Experience with excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail - checks the accuracy of work completed before finalising.
- Ability to prioritise work and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent planning, organisation and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability in managing multiple stakeholders and tasks.
- Proactive approach to issue management including the capacity to ‘foresee’ and manage likely conflicts and changing priorities.
