If we do our job well, we genuinely add to the prosperity of our country and its people. **How you'll make an impact** The Digital Growth team delivers best in class digital experiences for existing and potential AMP customers. Owning the implementation and optimisation of our Paid and Owned channels to drive acquisition and retention outcomes. You'll make an impact by: - Website Governance: Maintain the websites' content framework and design system so the website is easy to navigate and search. - Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital content, in particular T0 and T1pages aligns to brand guidelines to maintain a consistent tone of voice. In particular the home page (T0) which is our "magazine cover" that highlights our brand and value proposition of AMP. - Website publishing and authoring: Utilise Adobe Experience Manager to create, manage, and publish digital content across our websites and digital platforms. - Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital projects. - Personalisation: Work with the digital performance and marketing teams to recommend, set up and support test and learn campaigns using Adobe Target. - Digital Product Management: Identify and groom backlog items working with technology to optimise and improve the functionality of the website. - Optimization & Analytics: Continuously monitor and analyse the performance of digital content, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations. **What you will bring to the team** - Essential experience with Adobe AEM (CMS), Adobe Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics and Target - Content Design, Editing & Writing highly desirable. - Experience with SEO concepts, strategy & implementation (experience with SEMrush) - Project Management skills in being able to develop a timeline/schedule to a project deadline - Excels at delivering within an agile methodology framework for continuous improvement. - Experience in working in a Scrum framework using Jira and Confluence - Excellent communication and mentoring skills - Demonstrated experience of effective liaison with stakeholders. - Familiarity and appreciation for Human Centred Design / Design Thinking methodology - Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business or other relevant tertiary qualification. **You'll thrive here if...** If you can adapt from BAU to the ambiguous with ease, you'll do well here.
