**How you'll make an impact**
As a PMO/Portfolio Coordinator you will play a crucial part in driving Platforms' annual transformation portfolio by supporting the Director of Strategy & Transformation and the leadership team in prioritizing, designing and delivering key initiatives. By establishing and maintaining robust portfolio management processes, you will will ensure effective tracking of project schedules, risks, and deliverables. Your ability to prepare consolidated project status reports and governance submissions will be instrumental in keeping stakeholders informed and facilitating timely decision-making. Furthermore, you proactive approach to improving operational frameworks and procedures will contribute to the overall efficiency of the transformation efforts.
**What you will bring to the role**
You will bring with you demonstrated experience in within a portfolio or transformation environment where your proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly SharePoint, will be invaluable for managing and sharing project information effectively. Having exposure to working in large, complex environments will enable you to navigate the diverse stakeholder landscape with ease. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will ensure clear and concise reporting, while your strong planning and organizational abilities will keep multiple projects on track. Whilst experience in the financial services industry is advantageous but not essential, it it will be complemented by your critical thinking skills and ability to adapt quickly to shifting business priorities. Most importantly, your proactive and team-oriented approach will contribute to building a positive culture within the Strategy & Transformation team.
