**The Opportunity**
This role will be part of AMP Advice and Operations team and is responsible for supporting People Operations Project Lead in the execution of Operations projects as well as supporting day to day BAU activities.
- Drafting Employee letters and communication
- Maintain and upkeep all employee contracts, letter templates, project artefacts etc.
- Maintain and track project/employee data in Excel format.
- Project stakeholder and employee query resolution.
- Participate in project governance meetings and support Project Lead with MIS reports and meeting minutes.
- Support BAU Advice & Operations team with employee service request and employee support phone calls as needed.
**What you can bring to the role**:
- Some experience in HR Operations, employee relations or payroll preferably within a financial services industry would be well regarded
- Relevant degree or diploma in Human resources or Industry relations.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office 365 suite of products like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience as an end user of Tier 1 HR technology solutions like Oracle, PeopleSoft or Workday would be well regarded
With your excellent customer focus and communication style you easily build stakeholder relationships. You also have solid technical and analytical skills that will provide you with learning and growth
