We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our People and Culture team.
As HR Coordinator, you will enjoy a fast paced and varied role which encompasses a range of support services to the People and Culture team and the broader Acquire business.
Reporting directly to the People and Culture Manager, your primary responsibilities will include HR administration and assisting with the employee life cycle. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of various P&C functions.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Undertaking HR administrative tasks
- Assisting with the coordination of the recruitment process
- Facilitating employee changes throughout the entire employment lifecycle using our HRIS system (Workday)
- Ensuring HR processes and projects are documented and supported
- Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining record of and distributing staff IDs and access passes
- Assisting with office duties such as maintaining kitchen spaces
- Other tasks and duties as required to support the business
The Successful Applicant will have:
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- A proactive mindset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in a HR administration highly desired but not essential
- A positive and professional demeanor with a customer-centric mindset
- A desire to learn and develop
- Experience with HRIS system Workday preferred
