ROLE SUMMARY:
This is a fast-paced and varied role, encompassing a range of support services to the People & Culture team and broader Acquire BPO business.
Key responsibilities include undertaking HR administrative tasks and assisting with the coordination of recruitment, training, and engagement activities, along with ensuring that the People & Culture processes and projects are documented and supported.
The Role
- Facilitating employee changes throughout the entire employment lifecycle using our HRIS system (Workday)
- Provide administrative assistance to the People & Culture Advisor
- Assist the Training and Recruitment Coordinators with their primary activities (room set up, new starter paperwork, etc)
- Undertake HR Project support
- Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Other tasks and duties as required to support the business such as HR event coordination and employee engagement activities
Your skills and experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in an administrative or support role
- Organisation and time management skills including communication and written skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in HR preferred (but not essential)
- A desire to learn and develop - the team is growing, so a genuine interest in HR and the willingness to grab hold of opportunities is highly desirable
