**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR coordinator looking to join a supportive team and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while gaining valuable experience in HR. You will be responsible for providing essential support to the ANZ HR team, responding to general enquiries, managing the onboarding of employees and supporting the recruitment team as needed. You will have exposure and opportunity to learn under a senior HR leader. This is an initial 6 month temporary role starting immediately, giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running

**DUTIES**
- Respond to general HR enquiries
- Assist with the onboarding of all employees, including documents preparation and induction.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks
- Support the recruitment team with reference checking
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity with employee information

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. If you are looking for an opportunity to develop your career, then this could be the perfect role for you
- Prior Experience in a HR Coordinator or HR Officer role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees
- Experience with HR software and databases, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
